Amazing job!!! We had so many compliments on the beautiful spray for my aunts casket. It was gorgeous and exactly as they described! Our own family bouquet was also a favorite. Some of the flowers picked were deep burgundy Roses with 2 colors of Cali Lilies, along with beautiful Bells of Ireland and Snap Dragons. The bouquets were prettier than I would have thought possible.
Thank you for all your help and support to make my Aunts funeral special.

The national company I purchased flowers for an out of state funeral canceled or screwed up my order. The staff at Albany Floral caught it and called me right away to ask if I still needed the arrangement. I was traveling at that time and couldn't check why it was cancelled, considering it was paid for 7 days earlier. The kind female employee understood the predicament, promised she would deliver the flowers on time to the funeral home. She also emailed me a payment link instead of asking me to give her my CC over the phone as she knew I was traveling. The flowers came out amazing!!!! I highly recommend Albany Floral for ANY flower arrangements you may need in the future.

Every Memorial Day I order flower arrangements for deceased loved one's headstones in the Avon and St Anna cemeteries. Albany Floral has provided this service for many years very dependably. This year was no exception.
The woman who took my phone order was polite, helpful, and friendly. The following day, I received an email confirming the delivery to the cemeteries. I recommend this business!

I went to the Albany Flower Shop to look at the bouquets in their show case. WOW! There was an absolutely gorgeous bouquet with stunning royal blue roses and white flowers. I have never seen a bouquet that 'grabbed' me like that radiant 'work of art'! It was for a very special friend who gasped when I gave it to her... it must have had the same affect:) The owner, Amy, is super helpful, congenial, and best of all... creative with her bouquets!

Being creative for a living is something Amy, owner of Albany Floral could have only dreamed of since she was little. Amy was blessed to grow up with really creative family members, especially her mother, JoAnn, who she adores being with! She always hoped that some day she could work alongside her Mom, doing something with plants, flowers, and people. They've always bonded over plants (mostly perennials and annuals) with Amy's 3 sisters, and love going to green houses and gardens. Amy is a Wife to Clayton (the Chief "Fix it" Guy at the shop), a Mother to 4 beautiful children, a Sister, a Friend, and a child of God. She absolutely loves her time in the shop with her stellar team of UBER creative ladies!

We do offer same-day delivery, but we'll need your order before our morning cut off times. If it is later in the day, please give our shop a call. We will do our best to accommodate on days we are able to.

If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, we will bring the arrangement back to the shop and arrange for pick up after the initial delivery attempt.
