22 December 2025The national company I purchased flowers for an out of state funeral canceled or screwed up my order. The staff at Albany Floral caught it and called me right away to ask if I still needed the arrangement. I was traveling at that time and couldn't check why it was cancelled, considering it was paid for 7 days earlier. The kind female employee understood the predicament, promised she would deliver the flowers on time to the funeral home. She also emailed me a payment link instead of asking me to give her my CC over the phone as she knew I was traveling. The flowers came out amazing!!!! I highly recommend Albany Floral for ANY flower arrangements you may need in the future.
